Zuni Low-Income Housing Video

This is a documentary of the Zuni Housing Authority employees and Zuni Pueblo community members as they share their story of living in Zuni, New Mexico. The development of a self-sustaining infrastructure within their community has not only positively impacted their lives but has also become a model for other small villages on `neighboring reservations.

In cooperation with Spagoshi LLC. and the Zuni Housing Department, we have worked to develop this educational video to tell the story of the Zuni Housing Low-Income Housing (LIHTC) Projects from planning to building to post occupancy.

The video transitions into the individual stories of the homeowners, showing the real world impact of the LIHTC projects. By employing Zuni Pueblo residents to aid in construction, empowering residents to become homeowners, the LIHTC project bring the entire community forward.
