Zuni Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Project #1
ZHA recently completed their first Low Income Housing Tax Credit project, LIHTC #1 – Lakeside Apartments, which includes the complete rehabilitation of 38 existing rental units, site improvements and a new community building. SD+A assisted ZHA with the initial Tax Credit Application, design and construction administration. ZHA’s Construction Service Department force account completed the construction. Community members constructed the playground with the help of Sinclair Recreation LLC. The project achieved LEED 2008 for Homes Silver certification.
