White Mountain Apache Housing Authority Commercial Office Building

Suina Design recently completed the Design and Construction Administration for the White Mountain Apache Housing Authority Commercial Office Building. The White Mountain Apache Tribe Housing Authority (WMAHA) is located in East Central Arizona on the Fort Apache Indian Reservation. The land covers more than 1.6 million acres. The Tribe has over 12,000 members located on nine major reservation communities. WMAHA is committed to providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to individuals and families within the boundaries of the White Mountain Apache Tribe land-base who face income or other life challenges. WMAHA offers support through a wide variety of programs and services.

The office building includes a conference room, 9 offices, file storage, breakroom, and other related rooms. The site was designed within a larger Master Plan that will grow with the White Mountain Apache Housing Authority. The building’s floor plan was also designed for eventual additions to easily be made to the North and East portions.
