Who we are

Suina Design + Architecture has recently undergone a company reorganization and name change, we have been in business for more than twenty years under the previous companies of Suina + Mead Architects and Garrett Smith Ltd.

Suina Design + Architecture (SD+A), LLC, was formed by Elizabeth Suina on June 27, 2016. Ms. Suina is currently a licensed Architect in the State of New Mexico and Arizona, and a former business owner of CORE, Ltd. a small Native American owned architectural firm. Ms. Suina is a member of the Pueblo de Cochiti and the sole principal with 100% ownership. Therefore, Suina Design + Architecture, LLC is a Native American Women Owned small business.
