Sandia National Laboratories - Building 704
Building 704 is a three-story, 25,307 square foot facility which includes entry/lobby, break areas, support areas (copy/printing), conference rooms, open office area and light laboratories. Building 704 was the first design-build project for Sandia National Laboratories and the first project to implement a Building Information Modeling (Revit) platform. The facility provides a state-of-the-art environment for performing research and administrative activities. Building 704 incorporated the latest green-building technologies and integrated Sustainable Design (SD) approaches. The facility achieved Gold certification under U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED-New Construction in June 2014.
