Sandia National Laboratories - Building 905 Addition

Building 905 Addition included a 15,000 sf addition and the renovation of 2,500 sf existing office space to alleviate overcrowding.  The project added 49 new offices accommodating 69 people and recaptured electrical light lab space previously allocated to offices.  The Addition revitalized an outdated lobby to create collaboration, exhibit and library/resource space.  Four new conference rooms, cafeteria and connection to existing building area were included. The project achieved LEED-New Construction Gold certification in April 2017.
