La Quinta

Suina Design was responsible for generating construction drawings/ permit set for a 4 story La Quinta Hotel located in Maricopa Arizona. La Quinta Inn & Suites is a midscale hotel that offersan elevated stay in a contemporary setting. The new La Quinta aims to be operational in 2020. La Quinta Maricopa is a projected $10 million capital investment with 20 net new jobs added to the city. The four-story, 89-room hotel is the irst phase of the planned Copper Sky Mixed Use project in Maricopa.

The Hotel is made up of an outdoor pool, 80 guest rooms, conference rooms, and a dining area.
