2019 Pueblo de Cochiti Comprehensive Master Plan

The 2019 Pueblo de Cochiti Comprehensive Master Plan provides a basis for development regulations and the foundation for economic development and policy making in Cochiti Pueblo. The Master Plan began it’s development in early 2018, the process that included a community survey, regular community meetings, regular meetings with tribal planners and tribal government, and extensive research.

The Master Plan consists of 12 main sections including the Community Survey results, Tribal Facilities and Staff, Existing Tribal Plans, Tribal Assets, Land Zoning and Infrastructure, Water and Agriculture, Housing, Parks and Open Space, Economic Development, Community Health, Education, and a Timeline of the history and future plans of Cochiti Pueblo.
