Mi Chante Restaurant

Suina Design assisted a Los Lunas, New Mexico, restaurant with the renovation of an existing building for their new Mi Chante restaurant.  The design maintained the northern New Mexico exterior and integrated a traditional kiva fireplace and adobe banco waiting area in addition to full-service kitchen, walk-in freezer and fridge, dishwashing area and accessible restrooms.  The 3,000 sf renovation was a design-build project with Gerald Martin General Contractor and was completed under the client’s $900,000 budget.
