Cochiti Gas Station Design

Suina Design assisted the Cochiti Community Development Corporation with research, market analysis and traffic impact study for a new gas station.  We worked with three (3) gas brands to develop schematic site and floor plans.  Each design was evaluated for Total Project Cost versus Return on Investment.  CCDC ultimately tabled the gas station project in favor of a small visitor center.
